Our premier luxury vacation rental home has four bedrooms, sleeping for eight (+2 extra if needed), four full en-suite bathrooms, and three stories with unparalleled ocean views - which include a gorgeous daily Florida Keys sunrise.
Enjoy this lushly-landscaped, private property located on a serene beach right on the Atlantic Ocean. High quality appointments and accommodations abound. Perfect for relaxing couples, family getaways, fishing escapes, or even windsurfers!

Casa Feliz is an incredible property. Our three tween/teen children LOVED the pool and Penthouse Suite. The homeowner has thought of everything. Solid construction, lots of high-end finishes, great views and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. The poolside fridge, ice maker, and portable speakers allowed for us to spend hours outside. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the multiple decks. The location on Grassy Key was perfect for nearby attractions, as well as day trips to both Key West and Key Largo. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

Rest, relax, and rejuvenate in our luxuriously appointed suites.
Each is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom for your convenience and privacy. The Main Suite has a queen bed and is located conveniently on the first floor with a full office set up for remote working needs. The Bay Suite has two twin XL adjustable beds that can be combined to make a king size bed. The Grand Suite has an adjustable Sleep Number king bed, a private balcony, and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Our Penthouse Suite contains a 96" custom round bed, a kitchenette, and a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

What are your booking conditions?50% is due at the time of reservation. Reservations made within 60 days of the rental period require payment in full. The balance is due 60 days prior to the rental period and will be charged to the credit card on file. Non-payment will result in a cancellation of reservation and a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit paid. Limited Damage Waiver is $119 per week or part thereof. Applies to all reservations.

What if I need to cancel my stay?Reservations booked directly through Coco Plum Vacation Rentals (property manager) that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee. Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval. Do you allow pets?The owners have allergies and cannot allow pets during your stay.

Are you child/mobility impaired friendly?There are some areas that are not particularly child friendly, including the pool, the ocean, balconies, and spiral stairs. Adult supervision is suggested in these areas. The house has three sets of stairs, one to enter the house. People with stairs issues will have difficulty getting into and around the house.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?If we do not have back-to-back reservations, we should be able to accommodate you. If you arrive early (prior to 4:00pm EST) or depart late (after 10:00am EST) and do not have prior approval for either, there will be a $200 charge to the credit card on file.

Do you have a dock?Yes! This was just completed and is now ready for guest use. Enjoy the sunrise, launch your kayak, or fish the day away on the 8'x20' platform. The dock is not boat friendly, however. It is very shallow at Casa Feliz, which is perfect for kiteboarding, kayaking, and catching bonefish, but not so great for a boat draft.
